Because all of our products are custom printed specifically for you once your order is placed, we do not hold inventory. As a result, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, or if you ordered the incorrect size or color. Please be sure to review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand by the quality of our gear. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive your email and verify the defect, we will immediately process a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we cannot cover refunds for items marked as successfully delivered to the address provided.
